Pastoral Care

Parents are the first educators of their children, therefore our students are supported by a strong parent/school partnership where parents monitor their child’s progress, with regular feedback from the teaching staff.

Our House system is a strong support feature for parents and students. Homeroom teachers, Heads of House, the Coordinator of Student Ministry and the College counsellors provide pastoral support to complement each child’s spiritual, academic, social, cultural and sporting life.

Our Pastoral Care program caters for the developmental needs of our students at different stages during their adolescent years, enabling them to grow, develop and mature with confidence.

The Pastoral Care Team includes:

  • Principal
  • Deputy Principals
  • Heads of House
  • Counsellor
  • College Psychologist
  • Careers Counsellor
  • Head of Year 7

College policies and practices ensure that all St Norbert students are able to develop and learn in a safe and caring environment.Pastoral Care Pastoral Care Pastoral Care Pastoral Care
