Applicants for teaching positions at St Norbert College must be appropriately qualified, willing to support the Norbertine and Catholic ethos of the College and be prepared to participate in co-curricular activities.

Prior to being employed at St Norbert College, all teachers must be registered with Teachers Registration Board of WA. In addition, all staff must provide a current 100-point Australian Federal Police Clearance (not more than 12 months old) and a Working With Children pass. Full-time positions


Three-year contract, with subsequent consecutive five-year and four-year contracts, subject to successful reviews.

Commencing Term 1, 2023 or by negotiation.

The Norbertine Canons invite applications from suitably qualified and enthusiastic educators committed to the objectives of Catholic education and to upholding and developing the Norbertine ethos of St Norbert College to undertake the Ministry of Principal, commencing 2023.

St Norbert College, Queens Park, is an Order-accountable school within the Catholic Education system of Western Australia. The College offers a broad based, affordable Catholic co-education for 900 secondary students.

The College commenced in 1965 with the Norbertine priests leading the College throughout the years. The College is blessed to have a resident priest who is active in serving the community. The first lay Principal took on the role in January, 1975.

Our Mission is to be a Christian community: a Catholic school influenced by the ethos of the Norbertine Order to foster the growth of our students as whole persons who will live in faith with the Church and humanity, in the image of Christ.

The Norbertine Canons are seeking an experienced educator and strategic Catholic leader who is deeply committed to Catholic education. The successful applicant will be passionate about educating young people and providing for their and their family’s needs. The successful applicant will be able to think strategically and innovatively to enrich the existing culture of excellence in teaching and learning, with a deep commitment to further build upon the data and evidence-informed culture in our College.
