On Friday, 6 June, the St Norbert College community gathered in joy and gratitude to celebrate not only the Feast Day of St Norbert, but also the 60th anniversary of the College — a milestone in faith, learning and tradition.
The day began with a reverent Mass celebrated by the Archbishop, honouring St Norbert — founder of the Norbertine Order and a courageous reformer of the Church. His unwavering commitment to faith, service and leadership continues to inspire and shape the values of our College today.
Following Mass, the celebrations unfolded into a vibrant showcase of community spirit. A lively Staff vs Students soccer match captured both the competitive energy and camaraderie of the day, while the colourful talent show brought together music, dance and creative performances from students across every year level.
Adding to the festivities were student-led cultural food stalls, interactive games and activities, reflecting the diversity, creativity and enthusiasm that characterise our community.
As we reflect on six decades of Catholic education and Norbertine tradition, this milestone reminds us of the strength of our community, the richness of our heritage, and the legacy we continue to build together.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the students, staff, families and special guests whose presence and contributions made this anniversary celebration such a memorable and meaningful occasion.
