The St Norbert College Music Program is a multi-faceted program providing a broad range of opportunities for all students. The school has a strong classroom elective program from Years 7 to 12 in which students explore and discover a diverse range of musical genres and styles. The classroom lessons are supported by the College Instrumental Program.

The Instrument Program is available to all College students, and consists of weekly 30-minute individual tuition lessons on an instrument of the students’ choice. Students can enrol in the Instrumental Program by completing the Instrumental Tuition application form available from the Xanten Performing Arts Centre, by contacting Katherine Freind in the Music Department, or by phoning the College.

More than 100 music students from all year groups enjoy coming together to perform at the Xanten Theatre on Music Night.
