In 2008, the Learning Support Team includes the co-ordinator, school psychologist, counsellor and Special Needs teacher assistant. The Learning Support Team functions as the central point of contact within the school community for learning and teaching arrangements and provisions for students with special needs and learning difficulties.

The team helps build whole school capacity to better accommodate and support students with disabilities and learning difficulties by providing and disseminating information regarding disabling conditions and needs.

The Learning Support Team assists mainstream teachers to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and/or Curriculum Adjustment Plans (CAPs).
