All students in Year 9 attend the Image of God Retreat in Term 2.  This one day retreat is an opportunity for each student to reflect upon who he/she is and how he/she relates to others.

Last year they experienced the Quest Retreat. They had the chance to be welcomed into the College and explore with their “big brothers and sisters” the core values of the College. This year we ask them to explore God as goodness and love, living within them as a presence, supporting and encouraging them in their choices to become the “best people they can be”.

Time out is important in any one’s life and especially important for young people. Students in Year 9 are trying to integrate the values they experience from the home, with the pressure to look “cool” and be acceptable amongst their peers. It is very important students are their own person and can learn to trust the goodness within themselves and to make good choices.
